How to Order

Online
You can order on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Tuesdays through Fridays are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday are shipped the following morning. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays will be shipped the following Tuesday.

For Orders with Multiple Ship To Addresses
Orders placed online are limited to one "ship to" address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses you can place multiple orders online or call us directly with your order and billing information.

You can call us on our toll-free number 800-537-0572 or 973-467-4033 during store hours to place your order. We will gladly create a gift for you for any occasion, help with any special requests or answer your questions.

In Our Store
Our retail store is located 508 Millburn Avenue, Short Hills, New Jersey 07078. We invite you to come in and see our beautiful selection of ready made baskets and platters or bring your own container and choose the contents from our large selection. We will complete your creation with our signature gift wrapping.

Store Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday, 10:00 AM -- 5:00 PM.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not ship COD.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to New Jersey.

Custom Orders
Would you like to create your own gift basket? We handle large corporate orders and fulfill requests for special occasions such as wedding favors and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. Please call us directly to discuss your event or special occasion.

Cancellations
Should you need to change or cancel an order please call us immediately. Once an order has shipped you will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. Refunds and/or credits can only be given upon receipt of merchandise in original unopened condition.


Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States via UPS. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order. Consult the map below for UPS Ground time in transit to estimate how long it will take for your package to arrive.



UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day deliveries are available for additional charges.
